Dr.
Cook is board certified
in Internal Medicine, Medical
Oncology, Hematology and
Geriatrics. He comes to
Tennessee Oncology from
the University of Pennsylvania,
Northwest Cancer Care Specialists.
He joined Tennessee Oncology
in the Fall of 2009.
Dr.
Cook completed Medical
School at Loyola University
School of Medicine, completing
his residency at St. Luke’s
Hospital, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
at Temple University. His
hematology/oncology fellowship
was completed at Brown University.
He is a retired Captain
in the US Navy. Dr. Cook
practices in the Clarksville
clinic.
Dr. Cook’s
medical areas of interest
include breast and ovarian
cancer, as well as hematology
teaching. He is a member
of the American Society
of Clinical Oncology, the
Association of Military
Surgeons of the United States,
and the Naval Reserve Association.
