Dr.
Dudley is a native Nashvillian
and attended Vanderbilt
University in the College
of Arts and Science, graduating
Magna Cum Laude and a member
of Phi Beta Kappa in 1973.
He then attended Medical
School at Vanderbilt, graduating
in 1977. He completed two
years of General Surgical
Residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St.
Luke's Medical Center in
Chicago, Il from 1977-1979.
He returned to Vanderbilt
to complete his residency
in Obstetrics and Gynecology
from 1979-1982. He went
on to complete a Fellowship
in Gynecologic Oncology
from the University of Texas
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center
from 1982-1984. He spent
two years on the full time
teaching faculty at Vanderbilt
University Medical Center
from 1984-1986 and then
entered private practice
in the community of Nashville,
where he continues to practice,
and he remains on the clinical
teaching faculty of the
Vanderbilt Medical School
as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Dudley is also an Assistant
Clinical Professor of Ob-Gyn
in the Division of Gynecologic
Oncology at the Meharry
Medical College and Nashville
General Hospital. Dr. Dudley
see's patients in our St.
Thomas office, but can admit
patients to St.
Thomas,
Baptist
Hospital, and Vanderbilt
Hospital.
Dr. Dudley is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and possesses a certificate of special competence from the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and also of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Dudley is a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Nashville Academy of Medicine, the Tennessee Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Dudley is married with two children and two step-children. He is an avid runner, swimmer, and biker.
