Jack W. Erter, MD

Dr. Erter is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Hematology and Oncology, both of which he will be taking in 2010. He has been with Tennessee Oncology since July, 2010. Dr. Erter comes to us from his Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He completed medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, and his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Erter has a special interest in lymphoma and holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. He sees patients at the Southern Hills Office. When away from the office, he enjoys running, hiking/outdoor activities, travel, and especially music.
