Charles McKay, MD

Dr. McKay is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. Dr. McKay is the CEO of Tennessee Oncology and has been with Tennessee Oncology since 1982. He has also practiced medicine since 1982. Dr. McKay completed Medical School at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. His Internship, Residency, and Fellowship were all completed at Vanderbilt University Hospital. Dr. McKay also holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. McKay specializes in healthcare economics and holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Association of Community Cancer Centers, Nashville Academy of Medicine, Tennessee Medical Association, American College of Physician Executives, Tennessee Oncology Practice Society and The Association of Cancer Executives.

Dr. McKay sees patients in our Southern Hills Office. When away from the office, Dr. McKay enjoys many outdoor activities including hunting and sailing.
