Patrick B. Murphy, MD

Dr. Murphy is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine and has been with Tennessee Oncology since 2005. Dr. Murphy comes to us from The Consultant Group P.C. here in Nashville. He completed Medical School at University of Tennessee Center for Health Science in Memphis, TN. His undergraduate work was done at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He completed his Internship and served as Chief Resident in Medicine at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Murphy completed his oncology fellowship locally here at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Murphy specializes in all adult malignancies and holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Murphy sees patients at the Franklin Office. When away from the office he enjoys skiing, water sports, travel and church.
