Sherian Marie Anderson, Ph.D.
Dr. Anderson specializes in Health Psychology and has a Masters degree in counseling and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology both from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Dr. Anderson has been with Tennessee Oncology since 2002 and has been practicing psychology since 1988. Before joining Tennessee Oncology she was the Director of the Bloch Cancer Support Center with the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Dr. Anderson's areas of interest include; psychological issues related to cancer diagnosis, treatment, and long term survival. She is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers. Dr. Anderson sees patients at the Centennial Office, the Shelbyville Office and the StoneCrest Office. When away from the office Dr. Anderson enjoys golf, camping, fly fishing, hiking, biking and spending time with her family and friends.
