Dr.
Raefsky is board certified in Medical Oncology as well as Hematology
and has been with Tennessee Oncology since 1989.
Dr.
Raefsky is a Phi Beta Kappa from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology
where he graduated with a BS degree in Life Sciences in 1976. He graduated
first in his class from Temple University School of Medicine in 1980.
He did his internship and residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital;
a research fellowship in hematology at the National Institutes of Health;
and a clinical hematology/oncology fellowship at Washington University
in St. Louis.
Dr. Raefsky
specializes in general oncology and hematology and holds memberships in American
College of Physicians, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the
American Society of Hematology. Dr. Raefsky has been associated with Alive
Hospice for over 15 years. He was selected to be included in “Best
Doctors in America 2003 – 2004”.
Dr.
Raefsky sees patients in our Summit Medical
Center Office and our McMinnville Office. When not at work, Dr.
Raefsky enjoys spending time with his wife and nine dogs.
