Dana S. Thompson, MD

Dr. Thompson is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine and has been with Tennessee Oncology for since 1993. Dr. Thompson comes to us after completing his fellowship at Vanderbilt University. His residencies were done at Bowman Gray and Wake Forest after he completed medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Thompson's areas of interest include general oncology, leukemia, lung cancer and breast cancer. Dr. Thompson holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology and The American Medical Association.

Dr. Thompson sees patients at our Centennial Medical Center Office and our Smithville Office at Dekalb County Medical Center.
